The first three weeks with a new app are easy, carried by novelty and good intentions. Week four is where most people quietly stop. Match the app to a realistic week

Plenty of week-four dropouts are really a mismatch between the plan and the life. A program that assumes five gym sessions will break against a week that only had two, and you will blame yourself rather than the plan.
